This policy describes how Mag Park Studio uses information in its gallery application, including forms embedded on our website.
We use contact details, inquiries, artwork submissions and uploaded images to respond to you, review artwork and administer gallery relationships. Authorized staff can review these records. The application sends receipts, staff notifications and correspondence through our email service. Staff account, security and activity records support access control and administration.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms against bots and abuse. When verification runs, Cloudflare processes technical signals such as your IP address, browser information, TLS fingerprint, and the site key and website origin. Cloudflare uses these signals to detect and block bots and improve Turnstile's detection capabilities.

Session cookies support sign-in, form security and private viewing. Staff browsing preferences are stored in the browser. If you select “Remember my details on this browser,” submission forms save your contact details locally for 180 days, across our submission forms. Artwork is not saved in this memory. Uncheck the option or clear this site's browser data to remove those saved details. Embedded browser storage may be restricted by your browser.
